CLEARFIELD, Pa. — The Clearfield County Career and Technology Center (CCCTC) hosted its first Signing Day Thursday to recognize students for their plans after graduation. BEDFORD COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — A Chestnut Ridge school official accused of failing to properly report allegations of sexual assault involving a middle school student appeared in court Wednesday where some of his charges were withdrawn or dismissed. Patrick Isgan, the Vice Principal of the Chestnut Ridge Middle School, was charged last month following an investigation into numerous complaints that that a 12-year-old male student had been repeatedly sexually assaulting other students on one of the district's buses.

JOHNSTOWN – Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees said that 21-year-old Kareem Lee Brandon died of multiple gunshot wounds Wednesday night in the Moxham section of Johnstown. Lees ruled the death a homicide during a Thursday afternoon news conference, the first of 2017 in Johnstown. Authorities said they have no motive or suspects, although acting Johnstown police Capt. Jeff Janciga said two people were interviewed after the shooting. The shooting took place around 9:30 p.
ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — In a report released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Thursday, the National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health, a CDC agency that conducts research and provides training, data and publication, said first responders are at a high risk of occupational exposure to traumatic events and stress. Included in the technical list by the CDC were firefighters (structural and wildland), law enforcement officers, EMS clinicians and corrections personnel.
CAMBRIA CO, Pa (WJAC) — Several crews from Cambria County responded to a building fire at the Little Chef's Diner in Wilmore Sunday afternoon, according to dispatchers. 911 officials say crews were dispatched to the restaurant, located along Portage Street, around 1 p.m. The restaurant owner confirmed to 6 News that a propane leak is what started the fire and that the restaurant is a total loss. Dispatchers said no one was transported with any injuries.

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Officials in Lancaster County are asking the public for help identifying a man caught abusing an animal on camera. The Lancaster City Bureau of Police say an incident of animal abuse occurred on Dec. 17 on the 600 block of Marietta Avenue. According to a press release, a citizen from the area showed police a video they'd taken where a man in a red jacket, a red hat and black pants is walking a small white dog.
